Itinerary
Day 1: MATHURA via DELHI
Travel to: Proceed to Delhi via Mumbai Airport.After reaching Delhi Proceed Mathura by Bus
Places to be seen:
- Vrindavan , where Lord Krishna spent his childhood days , Visit the Govind Dev Temple – built in 1590 and a testimony to the architectural splendour of medieval India.
- Proceed to Rangaji Temple – Vrindavan’s longest temple constructed in 1851 with a 50 feet tall ‘ Dhwaja Stambha ’ believed to be gold – plated.
- Continue to Madan Mohan Temple situated near Kali Ghat , Glass Temple and the Bankey Bihari Temple – one of the oldest temples built in 1921.
- Overnite at hotel

Day 2: MATHURA – GOKUL – MAHAVAN – GOVERDHAN – MATHURA
Places to be seen:
- Drive to Gokul where Nand Gopal was sheltered in Yashoda Maiya’s home in secrecy to escape the wrath of tyrant Kansha. Also visit Gokul Nath Ji Temple.
- Proceed to Mahavan – believed to have cradled Lord Krishna.
- Visit ‘Assi Khambha’ the temple dedicated to Mathura Nath Ji.
- Continue to Goverdhan – where Lord Krishna held aloft ‘Giriraj’ , the sandstone hill on his finger for seven days and nights to protect the people of Braj from the wrath of rain and thunder sent by Indra. Return to Mathura.
- Overnite at hotel.

Day 3: MATHURA – NAND GOAN – BARSANA – MATHURA
Places to be seen:
- Morning visit Nand Gaon – the house of Lord Krishna’s foster father Nand , in whose memory stands the 19th century temple.
- A little beyond is Pan Sarovar – one of the four most celebrated lakes in Braj. Continue to Barsana – the birth place of Radha – with temples in reverence of Ladliji ( Radha ).
- Also visit the water tank ‘ Prem Sarovar ’ , the first meeting place of Radha – Krishna.
- Overnite at hotel.

Day 4: MATHURA – AGRA
Travel to: Agra via Mathura
Places to be seen:
- Visit Taj Mahal,
- Agra Fort and the tomb of Itmad – Ud – Daullah.
- Night halt in Agra

Day 5: AGRA
Places to be seen:
- The morning will bring you an excursion to deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri, just 40 km from Agra. Mughal emperor Akbar got this city, now a world heritage site, constructed.
- However, because of acute shortage of water, this city was deserted after 15 years. On the itinerary of Fatehpur Sikri will be some splendid buildings – Anup Talab, Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Chishti ki Dargah (tomb of the holy saint Salim Chishti), Diwan-e-Khas, etc, among others.
- After this visit, You will directly leave for Delhi and stay over night at the hotel.

Day 6: AGRA – DELHI
Places to be seen:
- Visit Akshardham temple,
- Lotus Temple.
- India Gate in evening.
- Night halt in Delhi.

Day 7: DELHI
Places to be seen:
- Raj Ghat,
- Rastrapati Bhavan,
- Parliament House,
- Lakshminarayan Temple – a modern Hindu Temple,

- Later visit Qutub Minar,
- Humayun tomb.
- Evening time for shopping.

Day 8: DELHI – MUMBAI
Travel to: in evening back to Mumbai
Places to be seen:
- Visit the Red Fort.
- The fort has within itself Diwan-i-Am,
- Diwan-i-Khas and the Pearl Mosque.
- Proceed to Delhi airport to return back to your home town.
